Our specialist orthodontic practice is located at 111 Bentinck Street in Bathurst. We provide orthodontic treatments including braces, appliances, retainers and clear aligners to patients from across the Central West and surrounds.

7.30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Our History

Since 1956 the practice now known as Creating Great Smiles has been the only full-time orthodontic practice based in Bathurst.

Original owner, Gordon Hewlett sold the practice to John Watson who later sold the practice to Mark and Coral Cordato over thirty years ago. Mark and Coral renamed the original practice ‘Creating Great Smiles’.

Over many years Mark, Coral and the CGS team built a strong reputation for bringing excellence in orthodontics to regional NSW.

In 2021-2022 Mark worked closely with Dr Emma Bowman to transition the practice into Emma’s skilled hands.

Today

Lead by Dr Emma Bowman with our team of exceptional dental health professionals and practice administration staff, Creating Great Smiles continues to serve patients with expert skills by creating great smiles for all ages, using cutting edge technology, and a focus on patient care and individual needs.
